Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the order date, provided that:

• The item is unused and unworn
• The item is returned in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
• The product shows no signs of damage, washing, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, customers must complete the Return Request Form.

Once the return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider, and the customer’s bank processing time.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

MNML reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for:

• Items showing signs of use or damage
• Items returned outside the 14-day window
• Items returned without prior request approval
